cheryl and jim,
just my 2 cents worth, but IMO, both phrases or others like them need to be
used with cub scouts, at least until they get the hang of it. the reason is
this: while webelos & boy scouts already know this point of the law, a lot
of the younger cubs are still wrestling with the law of the pack. both are
*super* lead-ins, but perhaps need to be used together.
