Hank,
I have a a MBC training outline I just put together after returning from
philmount Training Center. It is based upon the two page guide published
by National. I can E-mail you the text, but the overhead (newsprint)
masters were done in Harvard Graphics. If you have FTP access let me know,
I can ftp the files to you also.

I did this at our council camporee and it took me about 45 minute plus
about 5 minutes of questions. I will send you a copy when I get home, if
you want the newsprint masters (I strongly recommend this) send me you
s-mail address or let me know where I can FTP the Harvard Graphics Files
to! Any one else who would like this, please send me an E-mail (use the
INTERNET address below since most you you cannot send to the BITNET address
I use for Scouts-L.

The requirements for Eagle are mostly trivial, any scout is capable. Doing
them is what is significant, because most people never finish what they start.
