Summer camping

I'll bite.
Wear light, loose clothing. Preferably cotton.
Wear a hat. Keeps the sun off the head.
Wear sunscreen. Nothing like sunburn on a hot summer's night.
Drink plenty of water. Avoid sodas & drinks w/ caffeine (it acts as a
mild diuretic).
Eat light meals; avoid fats.
Use tents with large windows, or (if the bugs aren't bad) sleep outside.
Bug netting cuts breezes down by a lot.
