Yo Larry,
I access the #scouting channel on EFnet. I am trying to put
together a faq to post here on IRC and it's ins and outs... Hope to
have it soon...
As for times... sometimes it is BUSY and other times it is not...
There is no rhyme nor reason to this. I talk to souts in Taipei shortly
after they get up and I am going to sleep... but I do get to talk to my
fellow scouters from aroiund the world, and so I know what Rangers are
for, and how the UK feels about our Tiger Program... etc etc. It truly
broadens my horizons and enhances the Scouting brotherhood worldwide...
