Hello Pete:

I am new to Scouts-L and and the internet do not know very much about
the #scouting IRC. How do you go about getting on the IRC?? It sounds
fantastic. I am a ham radio operator and really enjoy communicating
with DX (far away) stations Any help would be appreciated.

YIS,
