1995 Guide to Safe Scouting

Bruce asked in a recent post if anyone had received a 1995 Guide to
Safe Scouting. I did at our Roundtable on Wednesday night. I haven't
had a chance to look it over to see what has changed though (although,
unless it was a MAJOR change, I probably wouldn't notice it anyway).
