Well, guys, I guess the below says it all. So I am posting this here for John.
Any suggestions should be posted _directly_ to him, as he doesn't subscribe
to Scouts-L. If you get a bounce trying to reach him, you can send it to
me at either chuckb@aztec.asu.edu or bramlet@eccx.ateng.az.honeywell.com.
Any help would be appreciated.

Help !
I am in need of a bit of assistance - Quickly.
Our Council is planning it's second annual "Sports and Scholastic
Challenge" day in the first week of December. Last year this included
events ranging from Swimming & Basketball to Chess & Scholastics.
I have been asked to put on a competitive event relating to
Computers and foolishly I said OK. I thought I had a month or so
to dream something up but now I am informed that I need an outline
of the event for a flyer to go out at the first October Roundtables
in the first week of October.
Help with ideas ?
What would you suggest as competitive events.
Maybe 100 Scouts over a four to six hour period.
Multiple Choice test on Computer terminology ??
Hands on create something on the PC ??
Copy a Basic program from a written set of instructions that draws
a figure ??
Must result in a numerical type of score in the end.
Who knows where I'll get equipment but that's a problem for later.
Right Now I need ideas.
Please give me your thoughts.
Thanks
