I beleive that an attentive reading of the original post would indicate that
the individual who inquired was concerned about RECOGNIZING OTHERS IN HIS
UNIT WHO MIGHT BE ON THE EDGE OF BURNOUT. He was trying to say thank you to
those who worked for the youth.

I personally feel he did not deserve your rather obnoxious, unscoutlike
outburst.
