Adult religous awards (esp Catholic)

Don, it is my understanding that MOST adult religious awards are this
way. I know it is true for the Methodist awards and thought it was
true for most religions. I think the ones that have a program that the
adult can "earn" are in the minority. The majority are by nomination.
