If you replaced the word "internet" with the word "telephone", would things
be the same? Does the BSA have an "official policy" on the use of faxes? The
internet is a medium, a tool. For example, if one prepared a "fax update"
and broadcast-faxed it to a list, would that be any different than posting
to Scouts-L?
I always wonder about organizations that work to stiffle communications,
rather than encourage it.
