Remember most Scouts do not have control over their own transportation. I
didn't and at 18... i still dont (no car). It may be inconsiderate to other
Scouts but maybe the Scoutmaster should talk to the parents about it
instead of punishing the scouts. Otherwise, it seems kind of mean spirited.
