Help with SCOUTPCX PTLPTCHS from archive

Please advise me how to unzip the PTLPTCHS file. I get messages that
the end is not found or that it is ppart of a multi-disk zip file.
I have successfully downloaded and unzipped other files from the archive.
Is this one any different? What I realy wanted is a clipart for the
badger and raccoon patrols.
