Peter,
I can't think of any rule that says the school service couldn't count.
However, there is a policy on not double counting service within the
program. ex. Star service time can't be counted against Life service time.
My first inclination would be to not allow it to count, but I can see the
other side, too.
I would say put it up to the committee. If they aren't hard over on one
position or the other and the chartered organization has no strong stand,
then put it up to the boys and let them decide.
