Unit Commissioner

I have been asked to be a unit commissioner, in addition to my other
duties. I'll get lots of training (of course) locally, but I'd like to
ask the group's advice:
What help is your unit commissioner?
What help would you like from your unit commissioner?
What don't you want from your unit commissioner?
