I have a collection of various BSA BW graphics that I have colorized with
a shareware paint program, NeoPaint (DOS). There are also some that I have
"borrowed" from other web pages. Those of you who have visited the Troop
24 Web page have seen a number of them. For those who haven't dropped in,
you can glimpse the images at

http://www.emf.net/~troop24/icons/gif-page.html

NeoPaint is available from the various shareware distributors or from a
number of web or ftp sites by querying with Lycos (http://www.lycos.com/).

One note, the current release version 3.0 does not support GIF graphics,
because of the copyright brouhaha from last winter, nor does it offer
JPEG/JPG support yet. So, to create either of these formats you will need
another conversion program (I recommend LView Pro).
