Digital watches and North

To find north using a digital watch:
Set the alarm to awaken you when it is dark. Look for the North Star.
Note: This will not work with most analog watches since most do not have
alarms. It also did not work last night since we had a fairly heavy cloud
cover when the alarm went off.
