What is the date on your Troop Committee Guidebook? I've just read my 1992
printing and the quotes you made do not appear. In fact, it would appear that
the approach may have changed over the years (assuming your guidebook is older).
The sample questions that I read do not approach any technical questions as you
have quoted.
