Isn't it the truth. I certainly agree with Mike's points and what he sees
as the purpose of the Board as yet another portion of the program to
support and assist the Scouts to learn and grow.

My own son made Eagle at thirteen (I thought this a bit to early), grew a
lot in the proces, and continues to grow three years later in the Troop and
other Scout activities.
