1. Go back to the scout roon and create a flag for your patrol
2. Decide on a patrol yell
3. When 1&2 are completed and if the BOR members haven't left the
meeting, you may return. If they have left, you must reschedule
your BOR.
4. Ream the Scoutmaster!!!

Don't penalize the boy (too much) for the scoutmaster's fault.
And if someone other than the SM did the SM conference for
Tenderfoot -- it is still the Scoutmaster's fault/responsibility.
