A Big Stick? eh? Well down here taking away awards that you give a boy is
a way of getting in trouble there is a fine line of Hahassment there.
It is sounds like your leaders are not trained on keeping the cub scouts
busy. If there are busy and haveing fun they would not get bored and get
into trouble.
