I could not agree more. You should also file a complaint with the unit's
parent committee who should be in charge of the troop, the unit's commissioner
if it has one, and tell the council office that you are thinking about
filing a complaint with department of youth and/or family services in your
state. This kind of hazing has no place in scouting.
