Camperships

I ask you all for your infinite wisdom with my dilema. We are establishing
guidelines for awarding camperships to scouts in our troop. Camperships are
availabe at the district and council level, but we also have a fund for them
in our troop.
If any of you have written guideline, requirements, etc. for awarding
camperships, I would certainly appreciate your input. Please e-mail your
responses to me at BENG33@AOL.COM, or post them on the list for all to use.
