Gary,
As the General Manager for a cellular company, I am authorized to make
donations of phones and free or reduced rates for charity. The local council
office doesn't know it but they will soon benefit from this. You may also
ask the local cellular company if they can loan you a phone for the weekends
that you have camping trips. What the heck, they can only say no! Good
