To help PLC's function better, I suggest the following.
Hold a model PLC meeting with adults from the troop committee acting as the PLC.
Plan a model meeting and execute the meeting.
Then challenge the PLC to do better than you did. For a while you may run every other meeting, Boys run it one
week, the Troop Committee the next until they get the hang of it and the competition element will spur some neat
ideas.
