Write the International Division of the BSA, requesting a copy of the
World Scouting Poster. You can also write the World Scouting Bureau
in Switzerland and request it too, but the BSA's National Office can
get it for you.

Also, Luis, your Council *should* have an International Representative
(a Council-level position that serves as liaison between the BSA's
International Division and the units in the local Council). This
person can also request the poster for you (and get it a wee bit
faster). I know that when I served as International Rep, there were
several occasions where a unit wanted a flag from some other nation,
and a quick phone call from me to the International Division got the
flag and stand shipped to the Council office with the next pouch mail.

Expect the poster to be somewhat dated....as Scouting returns to the
nations of the old Soviet bloc, the emblems of their nation's Scouting
programs may or may not be in the poster.

Also, you might want to contact the External Commuications Division at
National and ask for the clipart sheets with the emblems from the
members of the World Association on them.

Hope that helps in your search!

Settummanque!
