Regarding Training REF: CubScouts - My problem is that all the Leaders are
either workings Nights ( both Parents are working - 99% of all CubScout's
Parent) or Weekends and is VERY VERY difficult to get trained by our Council.
It's not they don't want to but they are working etc. Yes - I have asked if
they can take a vacation day off or swap with someone at work etc. but still
no go.
I am trained as a Cub Master because I either take my vacation Time to do
this or reschedule my events to make sure that I attend those meetings
because I fell I need to set the example but mainly the Information that I
received is GREAT.
So that is my two cents worth or training issues.
