Partial MBs at Camp

At Camp Wakpominee, Mohican Council, Glens Falls, NY, the mb
counselors provide either blue cards or while sheets as desired from
the sm. In general they use the white sheet with in council units
and the blue cards for out of council units.

If a boy does not finish a badge, it is up to him to find a qualified
counselor when he returns home. In Twin Rivers Council, this must be
a registered mb counselor. The sm can not sign off unless he is
registered for that mb.

As far as I know, the counselors at Camp Wakpominee are all
registered with Mohican Council.
