At Camp Machinosiew (DesPlaines Valley Council) I believe the counselors are given provisional MB counselor status. At the end of the week, blue cards are signed for those scouts completing a MB and partial certificate (stating the requirements completed) is provided for those scouts completing part of a MB. The partial certificates are usable for up to 6 months following summer camp. Certificates and blue cards are provided to the SM for approval and distribution.
