[BSA] 1994 Guide to SS Revised

Thanks to Bob Myers, we have been able to catch some
of the type'os in the Guide to Safe Scouting.

The revised version is now on-line at US Scouting

A text version (which does not show any of the Bold type) is
available for FTP from: ftp.hiwaay.net/hyper/Scouts/bsapubs/

Hopefully in a few days we will have a text version that somehow
indicates the bold type.

This is the Yellow covered 1994 edition of the G2SS
