He was refering to a Harris Poll commissioned by the BSA and presented at
the National Meeting in Chicago this past week. Your Council office should
be receiving the report and a series of slide presentations with scripts of
10, 20 and 30 minutes each. The results should not surprise any Scouter:
boys and men unaffiliated with the BSA do not score as high as Scouts (for
five years) and former Scouts on questions dealing with values and ethics.
