OK, the mystery is solved. According to Earl Peterson, National
Office/Council Services, there was a misprint in the first 1994 printing of
pub'n #34169, "Leadership Training: Plans, Procedures, Materials", and a
Second Printing has been issued. In the second printing, the phrase
"Arrowhead Honor Award" has been stricken from the Roundtable/Huddle Staff
Progress Record on page 57.
Incidentally, at least one additional Progress Record -- for District
Committee Key" -- was added in the second printing.
Also, someone asked for the Insignia Guide number. Mine is a 1990 edition,
and the numbner is 3064; according to the new number scheme, it is probably
#33064, now.
