Philmont Boy Scout Program

While I am attending classes at the Philmont Training Center in August, my
12 year-old son will have the opportunity to take part in the Boy Scout
Program. Does anyone know what advancement opportunities are usually
available? Are any merit badges offered, if so which ones?
