How do I turn off the digest feature

Could someone please tell me (via netmail please - no need to clutter the
bandwidth with this one) how to turn off the digest feature, it got turned on
automatically, and I am not a great fan of the digest.

I have asked this querstion a couple of times now, can someone please help
me????
