Well, first of all, I would like to wish Aaron, Garrett, and Michael all sorts
of good luck. I have a question, though. Standing out from a group is something
which is eyed rather suspiciously in The Netherlands, and consequently, Merit
Badges do not normally get the attention they apparently get in the US.
Could you explain what the Communicator Badge means, please?
