ARROW-L questionnaire available on WWW

To help quiet the confusion, I've put the ARROW-L questionnaire on
the Web at http://indian.dc.lsoft.com/arrow-l.html . You don't need
to send mail to LISTSERV if you fill out the form properly (i.e., you
type your address correctly, etc.). Please understand, however, that
I have to work for a living :) and I will only be able to look at
the responses once a day or possibly even once every couple of days.
Please be patient.

The form should work on any forms-compliant www viewer, including the
character-based Lynx and Albert clients. I wrote it to be as simple
as possible, it's not one of those "this will look like s*** unless
you use Netscape" pages. :))
