New Chief Scout Executive????

Is it true that we have a new Chief Scout Exec? I heard this, but since I am
away at school, and away from my "scouting" mailing address, I haven't seen it
in Scouting, or Boy's Life. If so, who is he, and where is he from. What
happened to Jere Ratclife? I *try* my hardest to keep up with this, but
I usually fall behind, and my father (Paul Lukens, SM T-5, Middlebury, CT)
hasn't mentioned it. Is it really true?
