a little more on CEUs

Thanks for all the notes that came out re SEUs/CEUs. I wasn't
advocating for more: regalia, regulation, or redtape. I was
actually thinking of some system that would encourage continuous
improvement and ongoing personal/professional development. (I
confess I get out in front when I do this, hence the idea for
"devices".)

I, like many others here, like training for its benefits to the
boys I serve and the opportunities for me to learn and network with
others. Some way of accounting for these activities may serve as an
additional motivator to participate.
