I've run the Cub Leader Basic course for the past 6 years or so (so could
be guilty of falling into a rut) and then made some changes this past Fall
with the arrival of the new syllabus. We still can't get geared up to do a
full Saturday course, nor are our leaders anxious to take several weekday
evenings.
So, we pick and choose a little bit, and most importantly try to orient the
course towards the attendees. For eample, if you have no Pack level
leaders coming, then no need to have a Pack level split out session.
I'd be happy to send our slightly modified syllabus, Kathy, if you want to
compare. Just e-mail me at dwgentry@netcom.com.
