Council hours

Bob,
I have had the same problem, living quite a ways from the council
office.
It's strange, but since I travel a lot, I do the majority of my business
with other councils. They will even accept merit badge and advancement
forms and mail the proper copy back to the appropriate council.
Even though I live in upstate NY, I have done advancement with the
councils in Tampa and Clearwarer Fl, Glens Falls, NY, Morris-Sussex in
Randolph, NJ, and Circle 10 in Dallas.
All have been most accomodating and understanding. Maybe there is
another council nearby that is more convenient?
