Subject: 2-Deep Male/Female Requirements
Please, I recommend you do call Florida Sea Base and discuss your
concerns. Reason: You must abide by their direction when you
get there, so you might as well find out what it is going to be
before you go. If it is different than what you find on the net,
that is too bad, they are in charge, and will require you to
conform (and should). It cost our trek $175 for a "rent-a-
ranger" at Philmont when I had a heart attack and had to drop
out. Them's the rules! Olan's advice is also generally good.
For all: key principle involved here, go to those in charge and
deal with them. Sometimes they can help you, sometimes they
can't, but in either case that is better than coming in with bad
information and an invalid plan. That affects kids.
