Have you confronted the CC with the apparent discrepancy between what he said
and what he did?
Is the CC/COR aware that very few contributors to the Troop are aware they
are also making a direct contribution to the Salvation Army?
Unfortunately, until this is straightened out you will have to tell
contributors what is actually happening to their money. If this affects
contributions, you need to pass that along to your CC/COR.
