Hi everyone.
My name is Marcelo Soares da Silva and I am an 18 years-old cub scout leader here in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. I am part of a scouting
group since I was a cub, so it was a glory to become the leader ("Lobo
Gris" or "Gris Wolf" or something like it) of these cubs.
Here in my city, I study Journalism at the "Universidade Federal do
Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS (the translation is not very hard - it's "Fede-
ral University of the Rio Grande do Sul"). I'm enjoying all this time to
the extreme. The most marking thing I learned in Linguistics class was
an explanation about the alucynogen properties of vanilla (!). All we do
here at the University is study and LAUGH.
I read a lot. If you could give me any tip about the literature of
your countries I'd be very grateful. I could pass a lot of time chattering
about brazilian literature (and other kinds of it too). I write poetries.
