Israeli Jamboree Cancelled

In re: an earlier post of mine asking for information on a 1997 Israeli
Scout Jamboree, I have been informed that it was cancelled. I have no
information why it was cancelled, nor was any reason offered when I
asked.
Which means I can go to Philmont in 1997 after all.
