Due to ahead time this is the results to the Scouting Poll that has been
taking place for the past 2 weeks. I have received many Scouting poll
answers. I would like to thank those who participated. The results differ
in many different ways. Class A uniforms are worn most of the time all
answers say "yes" for a COH and only some for troop meetings. A feild
uniform is used by the troops that do not require it for TM. (t-shirt,
scout related). Also differing due to location in the world due to temp.
Most troops have 11 service projects and 11 campouts or more. One per
month except for dec. There was only 2 troops that do not have many(3-4).
Over all the majority of participants say "Our troop is operating fine"
so kids are motivated and they do alot. Those scouts that don't you just
need to bare with it. Also their council helps but most do not bother
with. Scout-L is VERY VERY helpful. Participants say "it like a
electronic roundtable" (keep up the conversations) Last but not least if
you look in books that describe the history of scouting that is the same
things we got in the poll.
Thank you for all your participation. results of the poll were
distributed to all recipeints as they were sent. So if you have been
following this is what has been analyzed.
***** ALL ANSWERS PAST 4-12-95 WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED, PLEASE DO
NOT SEND ANYMORE.*****
