Practice what you learn in the SM Fundamentals, using the BSA literature
resources for guides. Concentrate on getting the boys to run the show!
Get a copy of the Junior Leaders Training kit (Video & Job descriptions) to
help train the boys to lead and do the planning.
Be sure to recruit other parents for assistance and leadership help and check
with your council for a Wood Badge course.
