My Younger son is a Wolf and what he asked was that the dens decide
on commonality for cub scout uniforms.

What they decided was that everyone would wear neckerchief + slide,
shirts w/ patches, dungerees, no hat.

We have a couple of people who can not afford the full uniform and this
is their ONLY activity that their son is in. I was wonderfully delighted
that the vote went the way it did because THE INCLUSION of this boy
far exceeded, the need for a full uniform.

8 years olds can make some really great decisions despite their parents.
