A requirement for the pre '68 Canadian First Class requirements (after
'68 we no longer had tfoot/2nd/1st class) was to either be 14 yrs
old, or to have had two years' participation in the troop.
Definitely not First Year First Class. But Canadian Scouting went
from First Class to Queen's Scout, with an optional Bushman's
Thong for 1st Class Scouts (outdoors skills), and Cords for earning
Proficiency Badges, which were kind of like Star & Life, although
they were open to 2nd Class Scouts.
