I believe Harold Spiers (at least, thats the name I remember) put together
a program to cover all Tenderfoot to First Class requirements with 5 to 6
months worth of activities. Many activities cover more than one
requirement. It was posted on RIME Scouting about 2 yrs ago. If anyone
is interested, send me e-mail and I'll try to find a copy.

I used it to good advantage when I was ASM for our first year scouts.
