Better still would be to publish a "Request for Input" in the BSA Scouting
magazine and Boy's Life. This would give EVERY youth and adult member of the
BSA to contribute - or not - as they wished. This is something National has
not done - to the best of my knowledge - in the past. I don't know if it is
out of a fear of the amount of responses that might come in or a concern
that the answers tehy would get might not match up too well with what the
consultants they hire have to say about what should be changed and how...
