Where to UPLOAD Shareware?

Some people have been complaining that our ftp site
(ftp.us.net) is often busy or unreachable, and that
they're having trouble downloading ScoutWare for
Windows.
If any of you are associated with BSA/scout-oriented
ftp sites or BBS's that would be willing to distribute
this shareware program, please let me know.
I've been getting e-mail from a lot of frustrated
scouters, so I'd appreciate any suggestions any of
you might have. Thanks.
